The score is put together from both players' end-of-match reports (each one says how many goals that player's team scored). It shows from server V52.0.0 on, once both players have finished the match; until then only the result is shown.
Switch on the tabs FIFA should show. Click any SBC to change its picture, requirements and rewards — built-in ones too (players keep their progress; “Reset to original” undoes it).
